Shipping Policy

SWISS PADEL ZONE ships within Switzerland only.

Standard delivery

Except for the three boxes of balls listed below, orders are delivered within an estimated 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Standard shipping costs CHF 7 for orders below CHF 150. Shipping is free for orders of CHF 150 or more, excluding ball boxes subject to the specific conditions below.

Express shipping costs CHF 15, with an estimated transit time of 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Special conditions for boxes of balls

Due to their weight and volume, boxes of 24 tubes of 3 balls of HEAD Padel Pro S+, NOX Nerbo and NOX Pro Titanium are subject to specific shipping conditions.

For these three products, shipping costs CHF 15, with no free-shipping threshold at CHF 150. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. The general 1–3 business-day delivery estimate does not apply to these boxes.

Order processing

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Transit times after dispatch are separate from order preparation time.
